What cookies and similar storage are
Cookies are small text files a site saves in your browser. Session storage is similar, but is deleted when you close the tab. We use both, sparingly, and list every item below.
Essential storage
These keep the site working as you asked and are always on.

Analytics cookies
Set only after you accept analytics. They let Google Analytics 4 count visits and see which pages lead to demo requests. Advertising features and Google signals are turned off.

Google processes this data as our provider. Google’s own policies describe its use: policies.google.com/privacy.
Your choices
Choose in the banner when you first visit, or at any time here or from Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way. If you withdraw consent we stop analytics and delete its cookies from this site.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may stop the booking form from sending where your visit started; it will still send your request.
Browser signals
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, this site takes it as a no to analytics: Google Analytics stays off and the cookie banner doesn’t ask. You can still turn analytics on in Cookie settings.
